Hi, Base on my test, that webcast seems cannot play online on website in Windows 7. You need download ACELP codec on your PC. Then enable this add-on in IE. Furthermore, when after register, you will receive an e-mail from Microsoft and you can download this wmv file and play it on Windows Media Center.
